I would be very surprised if Mueller shuts down his Op anytime soon, because I have always believed that his objective is to keep going until he can influence the 2020 election against Trump.
IMHO, Mueller won't quit until he can do that, whenever that might be, maybe not even into Trump's second term as POTUS.
