I have done it many times. Get a big pot. For every cup of dry rice, add 1.5 cups of water. Bring it to a boil. Once at a serious rolling boil and rice is “jumping” from the water, pour the rice and water into a pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
