Leland has been criticizing Trump every chance he gets on the Border Wall. He keeps asking the same quesetion over and over again in a very jaundiced way: "why the White House and the Department of Homeland Security still don't have a plan to build the barrier after two years?"

“We haven’t heard that from the administration.
