Not at anyplace I ever worked. If a employee created the slightest suspicion that they did something that would violate the rules of a regulatory agency that would endanger licenses or certifications the company needed to operate, they would be put on immediate leave until the situation is sorted out. The World of business is not a court of law, you are absolutely guilty until proven otherwise, and no single employee is more important than the business.
