If he worked for me, he’d be fired on the general principle of not wanting to employ perverts.
Go read his tweets. If someone persisted in making such “dark” jokes in normal company he’d be ostracized because normal people would know he was sick. Even making one such joke would have normal people looking at him sideways.

Again your moral compass is not the same as everyone else's. I don't expect everyone to find dark jokes funny but I'd at least hope people have enough sense to not want others fired for their sense of humor.
