Disney really dicked themselves over. Wasn't the plan to start shooting GOTG3 early this year, so it could be the first movie of Phase 4? (Or is the next Spider-Man going to kick off Phase 4?)
Now, it probably won't come out til 2022 or 2023.

Far From Home is Phase 4.
But the delaying of GotG3 actually caused them to put some other projects at the forefront. Doctor Strange 2, Eternals.
Additionally, F4 & X-adjacent properties, like StarJammers, Shi’ar, etc can be introduced in part 3.
Marvel has a lot of doors opening up, I could see them doing 4 movies a year on the regular(2 summer, 1 November/December, 1 Feb/March)
