When a recidivist criminal alien has commit felony after felony and nine detainers have been placed on him, yet none of them are honored by local administrators, that directly contravenes what government is supposed to do- protect the citizens of this country.

Government- local and federal- has every obligation to ensure criminal aliens with significant convictions face immigration consequences for their actions.
