Only in a court of law, in this situation his contract with LSU, and whatever the standard procedures of the school and the NCAA are determine what is evidence, and what rights he has. Wade agreed to this when he took the job.

No one is arguing against that. They could have fired Wade because they didn’t like his haircut.
OUR ARGUMENT IS THAT IT WAS STUPID TO SUSPEND HIM UNDER THIS EVIDENCE. None of us are saying it wasn’t within their right to suspend him. They don’t even have to have a reason to do that. This was just a stupid reason to do it and an overreaction by the administration.
