A statement Wade made in October 2018.
A statement directly contradicted by the wiretap transcript released this month that sure as hell sounds like Wade conducting some serious business with Christian Dawkins. Unless, of course, Wade was just saying he didn't do business with Dawkins but instead did business with other people and just liked to vent to his old pal Dawkins about how hard it is to land the big fish with your "strong arse offer".
I think the question you people should be asking is not "Why did LSU suspend Will Wade?" but instead "How long until LSU just fires Will Wade?".
Also, if Nick Saban was caught on a wiretap saying anything remotely like Will Wade said there would be 24/7 protests demanding the NCAA burn Bama to the ground.
