The funny thing about how it's all blue states doing this is they're giving a Republican the only chance they would have of winning that state.
A Republican is never going to win Connecticut, New York, etc but now that these states want to leave it to the national popular vote a Republican has a chance.
These idiots can't see the forest for the trees.

I think Trump will win the popular vote this time around as an incumbent.
