It wouldn’t have been ratified if we outlawed slavery and we seemed to survive that.
We also didn’t even decide the EC by popular votes in the states.
We also didn’t let women vote.

Sammy's upset that people have equal representation. I'm sure he's upset that the constitution gets in the way of majority rule as well.
