"not wasting any time in Marfa."
This right here. I just do not get Marfa. Your time is better spent in the Parks. Remember, there is also Big Bend State Park.
The only place in Marfa I go to in Marfa is Lost Horse Saloon. Hell I live in Alpine, Marfa is our Neighbor and I just don't like the vibe with all of the "cool, edgy, trendy, artsy and what ever people like to call themselves when they visit Marfa.

Went last year to see bluebonnets and also used bluebonnet tracker. Weren’t as plentiful last year, so they’ll be picturesque this year. Did Waco and blue bonnets trip last year. Still talk about excursion to Waco Mammoth National Park.

Got a lesson in real life gentrification in Marfa, the hipsters have bought out all the Mexican families except for 2 in the old “ wrong side of the tracks neighborhood “.

I hope they paid through the nose.
