That’s awesome. I’ve been doing low carb/ high protein for 2 1/2 weeks now. Started the IF along with the low carb a week ago and it’s accelerated the weight loss.
I’ve always been a deceivingly athletic bigger guy. Started 2 1/2 weeks ago at 276 lbs but I’ve always been able to lift heavy and run sub 7:30 miles and sub 30 minute 5K’s. (For my fat arse I always considered that decent)
Anyways I used to fluctuate between 220-235 and then I got happily married. Continued to workout but got carried away eating garbage and got up to 280 which I’ve never been to.
2 1/2 weeks in I’m down to 255 which my wife thinks is crazy fast but with the amount of garbage I cut out it hasn’t been that hard. Especially since I started the IF eating only noon to 8 pm.
Seeing other people’s success in this is really encouraging me to keep pushing for that weight I used to be at.
