I'm sure Dickie V knows first hand many worse offenses. It was obvious from the games he did before this came out (Kentucky and Tennessee) that he had something against WW. Zero compliments...he mentioned Dale more than he die WW in those two games. Not sure what the problem is there, did WW not kiss his ring, did Cal rip WW to his buddy Dickie V and got him ticked off...not sure, but the hypocrisy is infuriating.

Vitale having been exclusively in the college game since the 70's knows a lot of things mabt don't and I have no question he knows a lot of things worse than anything he may or may not know of what happened with WW. Yet he comes out against Wade scorched earth. That's the hypocrisy that pisses us all off.

Everyone and their mother knows what he meant by “offer.”
Luckily, it would never hold up in court because a good lawyer could say that the “offer” could have been a handshake deal that Smart would benefit from a solid LSU education.
