I don't think it's as black and white as you paint it. If Alleva was any real kind of AD, he'd have called Wade like the friend he's supposed to be. It's not always business. Instead I'm sure it was a gestapo type interrogation he and F were after and Wade's lawyer wasn't going to send his client into the firing line.

You don't think Alleva and Wade have discussed this repeatedly? Apparently the administration doesn't feel Wade has been honest.
