One of the parties on that call is already convicted. You have to have p&g glasses on to not see this is bad. Smart and Wade are done for the year and may never be on the court for LSU again. I know no one likes to hear these things, but it plainly obvious.

If CWW speaks to JA or FKA (CWW is currently under subpoena,) then the powers that be could subpoena anyone that CWW speaks to.
Can't you see that this is bad? A spouse can't be compelled to testify against a spouse but anyone else is fair game.
CWW did the right thing by not meeting with JA and/or FKA.
Everyone needs to quit speculating and wait for this to play out.

You may be right but there was no reason to force the issue until the end of the season. If there is NCAA trouble, it’s not going to be alleviated by suspending Wade before the postseason.

Joe knows how Wade and all other programs get recruits. He had to suspend him because Wade allowed the spotlight to get shown on LSU's recruiting. That's rule number #1 for a coach. Don't let that shite land on the AD's desk.

He, or his attorney certainly could have made a clear public statement about FBI investigation. Cooperating with authorities and want what's best for LSU, so decision made to not meet with LSU officials until FBI meets with CWW and attorney
But again, they did not.

This wire tap is proof of nothing. The conversation is easily explainable and there is no way a prosecutor could meet the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt with it.
So why'd it "come out" now?
And why isn't Calipari being suspended for "an abundance of caution"? He apparently tilted it toward taking care of the mom....
