The NCAA won't touch Duke, UNC, Kentucky, Michigan State, or Kansas. Just like they wouldn't dare go after Alabama in football.

They have before. They aren't immune.

Duke:

UNC:
January 10, 1961 - Improper entertainment and lodging; improper recruiting entertainment.

UK:

Michigan State:

Kansas:
