Not just me personally but with everyone i work with. Owner of my company tracks down every minor discrepancy like its a fricking CSI case

I worked for one of those for years. In hindsight, I think is was to keep from ever handing out raises or bonuses. The cool thing is, when you move on for more money you quickly find out that you are more talented than most of your field. You gained skills by shooting for perfection.
