Don’t think there are any residents left. The 10-20 of them before Katrina were all old. Most of them have passed away since then.
Only have a few camps (2-3) now and besides that the rest are pilots or pilot workers. Majority of the river pilots live in Belle Chasse, New Orleans area, or the north shore.
