Lennys should be tier 3 and Schlotzskys should be tier 2. Also Publix is good but extremely overrated.

Agreed, even though I’m a big Publix homer in general and enjoy many a chicken tender pub sub. Their fried chicken is outstanding but their bread kinda sucks and a lot of their sandwiches need some type of personalization (eg getting the tenders on the chicken tender sub tossed in buffalo sauce) to make them truly good.
I’d say value at least puts Publix in tier 2.
