How is jones still fighting if he can’t pass the drug test??

Simple answer... He's not failing the drug test. The tests show a long term metabolite spike. If he were using even as long as 6 months ago, it would show short and medium term "host" metabolites as well. The long term can stay in your system for years in the levels from his test. They will show from time to time with intense training, but have no positive affect on his body, as far as strength goes.
There is a science behind it...

This is example A of how the goal post gets moved. The definition of failing has been shifted to abnormal so then politics can be played and interest can be looked after.

There is incredibly limited science behind it but that doesn’t stop the narrative from being pushed. The most common retort is “I’m not a scientist but....” and “the scientist really aren’t sure what’s going on except maybe it’s triggered by the weight cut”.

This isn’t cut and dry and any real research into it by unbiased reporters have shown that.

If you test positive for steroids, you fail a drug test no matter how little appears. There is no explanation for why it appears in some test, disappears, then reappears other than reinjestion. He is cheating, the UFC knows it but can’t afford to lose him while Conor is out. So they made up this “pulsing” bullshite that no one has ever heard of. It’s hilarious
