re: (Asking the unbiased fans) Were there any egregiously bad calls Saturday to our benefit?

I watched the replay and didn't see anything really controversial other than the usual close calls. I would imagine Tenn. fans are PO'd that they lost the game on foul shots, but that was a pretty easy foul to call. Smart had the ball and was trying to dribble up court before Williams plowed into him. Yes, Williams was just trying to go after the ball, but it's not like it was a situation where no one had control of the ball and two guys collided. Smart had the ball before getting bumped.
Objectively, I don't like games essentially ending in FT's. Just like I hate baseball games that end with a walk-off bases loaded walk. But that is a foul you have to call

Smart had clear control of the ball and was taking his first stride upcourt when William's committed a clear foul. There are always fouls that are "iffy" during a game, and maybe some of those were to our advantage but others weren't. There were no egregious calls that I remember.
