He doesn't deserve to be either. That dude straight up shite the bed in the Rams game. Had at least 2-3 TD passes that could've easily sealed that game up if it wasn't for noodle arm. Damn the bad PI call. Just 1-2 plays before that if he didn't drive the ball in the turf to Thomas on a dink and dunk pass the game would've been over. Nobody was in the middle of the field to stop him from a TD.

It was kinda fitting he lost that game on an INT. Brees hasn't been clutch for quite some time now in NO. Great QB and definitely a top 10-15 of all time but he's not close to being in the arguments for the best of all time. It's weird it's like at some point the guy just lost his clutch gene. I know he had a lot of 4th quarter comeback wins even recently but it seems like a good 50% of the time he loses those due to his play. He doesn't have Brady's killer instinct.

Brees has lost just about every playoff game in historical fashion since he won the SB. It's almost comical at how bad the Saints lose games in the playoffs. Not all his fault but he's the leader of the team. Beast mode, epic Vernon Davis game/finish, epic Vikings finish, drama in NO with RAMs, etc. Talking about a voodoo curse on that team.
