I guarantee you this kid gets an aggressive talking to, maybe even yelled at (gasp) all the time. He doesn't care because he's never faced any actual repercussions in his life. Yelling at a kid that thinks he can get away with anything does nothing. He's still getting away with it, and he knows it.
