A grand Jury was impaneled for McCabe in Sept, why is he not in prison?

And why is the media celebrating him like he is a hero? This is from the same man who created the "insurance policy" just in case Trump won the election.
Reminder: He admitted 2 days ago that he engaged in a COUP against the President of the United States. The President said it was treason and that they were caught.
McCabe said he opened an obstruction investigation because Trump fired Comey and that Trump was "vocal" against the investigation. He's lying. He said this 2 days after Comey was fired:
LINK
So...he was lying his arse off. He was also fired from the FBI for lying about leaking to the media.
OIG conclusion:
Also, let's not forget that in October of 2018, former FBI general counsel James Baker said that McCabe was "dead serious about the idea of surreptitiously recording the 45th president and using the evidence to make the case that Trump should be removed from office"
LINK
But now McCabe is backtracking on those comments. WHY??
If Roger Stone gets a 30 man pre-dawn raid for process crimes, what should McCabe get for attempting a coup?
Traitor. Barr better get to work

quote:
RUBIO: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. McCabe, can you without going into the specific of any individual investigation, I think the American people want to know, has the dismissal of Mr. Comey in any way impeded, interrupted, stopped or negatively impacted any of the work, any investigation, or any ongoing projects at the Federal Bureau of Investigations?
MCCABE: As you know, Senator, the work of the men and women of the FBI continues despite any changes in circumstance, any decisions. So there has been no effort to impede our investigation today. Quite simply put sir, you cannot stop the men and women of the FBI from doing the right thing, protecting the American people, and upholding the Constitution.

OIG conclusion:
quote:
As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6. The OIG also concluded that McCabe’s disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and
constituted misconduct.

Methinks you changed "book" from your headline.

McCabe stated this morning when confronted by McCain on the View that he did not leak any information to the NY Times. I'm beginning to suspect that he didn't directly leak but gave it to others to leak indirectly.

Because at this point he's playing a role.
Enjoy the show.

I would have asked him, " but were you the source of the leak?"

Is this more Q stuff? Karla won’t let me read the Q thread anymore so I need to stay current outside of the thread

It will be interesting to see who takes the fall.
C-list: McCabe, Rosenstein, Comey
B-list: Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder
A-list: Obama, Bill Clinton, Hillary

Think about it from this perspective and this one alone.
Why would the former Deputy Director of the FBI go on live fricking TV MULTIPLE times and ADMIT he broke several laws, lied to Congress, and tried to frame the President of the damn country?

Because he knows he will be protected.
Either that or he is trying to get ahead of an indictment. Doubt it

Which is more likely
1) The left created the Russia scandal to impede their own crimes coming to light
or
2) Trump the non-politician colluded with Russia to get elected
Known facts supporting 1)
The Obama administration and it's appointees spied on political opponents.
They weaponized government against their political opponents, including the FBI, IRS, and other government entities.
They thought they had done enough to insure their side would win!
They lost.
Insiders paid for a fake dossier from "Russian" Sources
Used it to spy on Political opponents. Especially after losing.
2) Known facts of Trump colluding with anyone to help him get elected
...
...
...
Occam's Razor suggest 1)

Perhaps he is going to say he was NOT the Director of the FBI and that as the Deputy Director he was merely following orders from the Director and other department heads. In other words he was under orders to lie to Congress because he was following orders.
This would fit the narrative for him to blow up everyone and minimize his jail time.

Extended discussions
Word games. He didn't deny the discussion happened, just that it wasn't "extended". Then again, he stated in other interviews that Rosenstein mentioned at other times that he could wear a wire because no one ever searched him at the WH.

Please show us a case of a Democrat politician ever being punished for lying to Congress?
Please show us a case of a Democrat politician ever being charged with process crimes for lying to the FBI
Please show us a case of a former Democrat head of any Government Agency who was jailed for any crimes that were perpetrated against Republicans.

Speaking of Rosenstein, it'll be good to see him able to discuss his side of all this in a few weeks.
