I give QoS a pass because of the writer’s strike and it’s more average than anything. Just nothing memorable about it. It’s been said that it’s a better movie if you watch it right after Casino Royale.

The visuals of Skyfall are great, Javier has a good performance, but the third act is just strange.

They tried to copy Skyfall’s visuals. Awful title song. Blew their wad on Blofeld & Spectre in one movie. Absolutely ridiculous that they made Bond & Blofeld brothers. Can’t believe that got through the first draft. (You can’t complain about Austin Powers ruining spy movies and then rip off Goldmember.) Did a terrible job of connecting the previous movies and left the franchise with nowhere to go except to rehash storylines.
