They wanted $1700 just to cremate him.

Full burial that some wanted was $8000.

And I realize i’m Just some dude and they are in grief but i’m Trying to keep a level head and think logically here. Sorry but unless they want to pony up the difference that dog don’t hunt.

And the funeral directors...personally I think they are a scummy lot. People in grief aren’t thinking rationally, so they are easy to manipulate.

Me...I didn’t know the old man that long. I’m just here to support my fiancée and her kids. So i’m Trying to think rationally about spending big bucks to essentially chuck some worm food in the ground.

I’m not eating that cost.
