Thanks for your informative response.

I was sort of joking. I am a big believer in the Jrue to lead the troops movement. Jrue has been dedicated and a bulldog who only wants to win. He is a credit to the Pelicans, and would be a valued commodity to most top level teams in the league. He has given hope to a downtrodden fan base. Jrue is the definition of professional (heard a good podcast today on The bird calls. A good assessment of Jrue.)

So let's say for the sake of argument that Jrue would be traded; what would a good haul for Jrue look like?

I would try to get a bidding war going between the Clippers and someone else like Phoenix. Phoenix will have a high pick this year and several young players worth taking a look at. The Clippers have Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Landry Shamet, Zubac, and the unprotected 2021 Miami pick. I'd hope I could get 1-2 of those players and the Miami pick from the Clippers.
