I’d throw in new york for good measure until they came to their senses. Otherwise it’s on the outside looking in for all of them.
ETA: I’d also abolish the irs first and foremost. Then a flat tax across the board. All other wasteful government agencies (fill in the blanks here) would be told to kick rocks.
