My current favorites are:

Secret Aardvark Habanero on most food, especially eggs and omelettes.

For Mexican I've been rotating these three:
Valentina's
El yucateco XXXtra Hot
Los Calientes

Cajun food I've been rotating:
Crystal
Louisana
and Thib's Habanero (delicious on raw oysters)

I've been using Kumana Avocado Hot Sauce as Salad Dressing.

I love Tiger Sauce on some things but it's not really a good general sauce. It's great on red beans and chicken and dumplings.

Never understood why people like Tapatio, always seems super plain IMO.

We've done a side X side with about 20 hot sauces and Tapatio was by far the best.

They then add the vinegar and the final product only has something like 20% pepper in it with the rest being vinegar, salt and whatever else they put in it.
One reason I quit using theirs long ago. I found it too vinegary than peppered.
