Yes, smartass - but it's cleaning more than one "temp" file folder. You may feel free to search your hard drive for all the different places Windows puts temp files...I've had better results using this tool.
And I've seen windows routinely show that a drive is full when the individual directories do not show the same size properties. TFC clears up this issue.
