Does anyone know of a good rental for 4 adults and 2 kids at lake Ouchita Ark in July? I’d like to be able to leave my boat in the water close if possible. Or any othwr suggestions for a cabin and pleasure boating within 8 hours of BR.

Ouachita is the proper spelling.

My grandmother lives near Mt Ida on the south side of the lake. I am not sure how rentals go but Mountain Harbor is probably the busiest and nicest area down there. There is also Shangri La and Denby Point. I guess Crystal Springs area is still in the lake. I really have no clue about rentals in that area though as I always stay with granny.
It's a great lake though with plenty of area to ski and fish. Not sure if it still applies but my grandfather used to say it is the 7th cleanest in America.

Any small houseboats for rent? We went for a bach party and rented two big ones and it was amazing.

Didn’t think of that. I’ll take a look. Thanks
