It is interesting.
I have had more homework since my kid has been in school (now 4th grade) than I ever did growing up.
And worse, they way I learned and know math seems to no longer be valid.

I can count on one hand how many times I did homework the entire time I was in school (k-12)
Which is to say I can only count up to 5 because I only did homework 5 times in 13 years of school.
