Meaning undercover cops are still getting happy endings. 17 months???
It took 17 months to find out if 5 massage parlors were giving hand jobs???
I could have found out for the Lafayette police which massage parlors were giving happy endings in Lafayette in one week!
Here’s probably the conversation the investigating officers had......
Officer #1 “Did you get a handjob from Zhao Chen?”
Officer #2 “Yeah, she was great. I got handjobs from all of them.”
Officer #1 “Okay, heads up everybody. Did everybody get a handjob from all the suspects?”
Officers #3 through #12 “YES!!!!”
Officer #1 “Well then, if everybody is covered let’s go make some arrests. Then in about three months when these parlors hire a new staff we’ll start all over again!”
All officers......”YAY!!!!!!’”
As the meeting breaks up Officer #5 asks Officer #8....”How is that drug, kidnapping ring investigation going?” Office #8 answers....”I don’t know. Been too busy with this dangerous massage parlor business.”
Both officers....”HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.”
