He’s known to be an ahole.
At one of his concerts I yelled for him to play Summer of 69. He not only refused to do so he was also a total dick about it.

Can you imagine how often that happens to him though?
ETA: He actually returned to that exact same venue a couple years back where the infamous scene occurred and actually played a legit, non-ironic cover of it. It was kind of his way of apologizing for acting that way all those years ago.
