Centipede:
Dethatch every other year early spring (I bag)
Early Spring core aerate, followed by 29-0-10 fert.
Celsius WG 2 weeks later for weeds with Bifenthrin blended in for insects. Repeat in fall for button weed if needed.
Spot treat fungus as needed with off the shelf Spectracide.

So far have dethatched
Weed Free Zone
Sedge Ender
Watered
I guess I am going to try fungicide next to see if the grass starts coming back. If that works I will hit with another dose of sedge ender and weed free zone. I think the ones I had from last year may not be as potent since weeds are still poking through.
