Yes. In 2018, Mondo Duplantis's time is only 0.08s slower than the women's world record for 100m. In the 2016 Women's 100m final in Rio the gold medal time was 10.71s. Mondo ran 10.57s. In fact of the 9 boys to run in the 5A finals, none of them would have finished last. The slowest boys time was still faster than the slower women's final time. So yes, a high school boy could beat Olympic caliber womens sprinters.
