Yea I was doing pretty good most of the week. But I'm not eating all those small meals. Been following the guidelines of LG with the RP macros. So 25% in first two meals/50% postworkout.

Biggest thing for me is eating the carbs. It's helping me big time and getting more ripped than ever cause I am pushing the hell out of the workouts

Tonight was the first time I couldn’t finish the late night meal

Def bc I was snacking but I was so fricking hungry from today’s session
