Am I an "abortion advocate" if I'm for the morning after pill?

Only to people who think conception happens immediately. It does one of three things prevents eggs from becoming fertilized, prevent eggs from being released from the ovary because women don't just have eggs ready to go all the time they might not even be there. Or in rare cases if the egg has been fertilized it prevents it from being implanted in the uterus so the baby making process doesn't even start.
there is no abortion or miscarrage the eggs effected leave with the regular period.
People make more of an effort to be outraged by stuff people tell them than actually doing research in this age.

Somebody who is of a scientific bent can clearly believe life begins at conception and that the child in the womb is deserving of life.
And they can easily come to the logical conclusion that a fetus isn't a child and is still part of the mother's body.

If anything, an atheist should not have a reasonable opposition to selective breeding or eugenics.
They should fully support the policies of breeding a superior human species.
Killing off the less intelligent and genetically deficient.
That would be the most reasoned thought for someone who believes in evolution with no afterlife.
The lack of belief in a higher power or an afterlife does not restrict atheists from believing in and fully embracing the moral and ethical ideals of the society they were raised within. The concepts you state atheists should “not have a reasonable opposition to” run counter to American ethical ideals.
Just because atheists don’t have a religiously-based opposition to “policies of breeding a superior human species” or “Killing off the less intelligent and genetically deficient,” does not mean they don’t oppose it for other reasons.
You are creating a false binary in order to imply atheists should be up for anything simply because they fear no deity. This is false.

I'd argue, and win, that generally atheists have a better understanding of them.

A less biased understanding for sure
