Don’t drink coffee average a 12oz DP a day which I need to cut down to 2-3 a week, are cardio exercises the best play here? Sleep is also an are for improvement I get about 6 a night or less

Physical exertion helps strengthen your heart.

A stronger heart can pump blood more efficiency.

If you like cardio or lifting continue to do both.
