Has your ped made any suggestions? At that weight I'd stick to literally anything that he eats
Agree. My first was around the same numbers and my ped told us the same. He said as long as she will eat it, give it to her.
She ate like shite until she was around 24 mos then she was heavy and old enough to start thinking about healthy options. We went with lots of chopped up fruit and grilled chicken after that...
Shes 6 now and every night is a battle to get her eating at the table. Not sure where we went wrong. She isn't overweight or anything (50 lbs/~45 in) but it is a fricking nightmare if the option isn't chicken nuggets (strictly grilled now) or some fruit and only fruit. I've recently got her into crab legs and shrimp but I'm no OT baller where this is an option for every meal .
