I would guess it has to do with their heart rates, blood pressure, and other vitals. Everyone besides Theo and Hunter (who was going too slow to get truly broken down) had moments of physical collapse. Georgia was by far the worst though. She definitely had a heatstroke and was asking if Bear was around. I think she was truly exhausted to the point of delirium.

Holy crap I can't stand Cara to the point I'd rather have Shane or Aneesa on than her now. Only complaint is they should've made it more of a penalty if you didn't complete one of those challenges.

Right. That’s what I assumed. I figured they give medical attention to everybody but if they actually have to intervene and DO something medically then the person is DQ’d. I assume with Natalie they just checked her vitals and gave her water. With Georgia she likely needed some sort of treatment. And with the IV bags coming later that night they couldn’t give one to her and let her continue since that would be an unfair advantage.

And yeah, her asking for Bear was sad. I honestly hope she is on the reunion show and sees/talks about how stupid he made her look.

I also can’t tell if she is cute/hot or not. Sometimes I think yes but sometimes I think yikes.
