Got an update from 2 months ago.

So my gym does Styku and SECA scans. In my last post I said it was a Dexa (couldn't tell you the difference).

Everything trended up (bigger) except my "lower thigh" which the guy said meant there was more definition there and the fat went down. My butt gained about 2 inches and my gut dropped the same

My "Phase Angle" which is apparently the health of my cells was 93% for my age, which I considered pretty fing good.

Going through 8 weeks of trying to be really good to see what I can do. Diet and keeping up strength training (going to push/pull/leg from 5/3/1 4X a week. Going to do some cardio 1 day additional and add some stuff in at end of at least one other day
