Ninfa's did well there for years, until they shot themselves in the foot. Chili's is there.. Constitution is a fine location for restaurants, especially convenient for the out of town game crowd that stays in hotels nearby, doesn't know the area really well and wants to go somewhere close to the interstate.

What’s funny is that across the interstate at one point you had Fox and Hound which did well for years and Melting Pot too and both are now closed.
