You're arguing your opinion of what Payton and Brees should have done vs the other objective argument of what the NFL rules are.
Your argument is subjective. There is no such thing as "facts" of a subjective argument, unless you want to add facts like the Rams had 1 timeout left, or dropping a pass on 1st down stops the clock, etc. But for you to say, "hey, I'm stating a fact that they should have ran the ball!" - is not accurate.
That would be like me saying "chocolate ice cream is the best flavor and that's a fact!"
This is what your kind needs to realize in this two week long troll/contrarian job that you've all done. Let me guess, you're not really a Saints fan unless they win the Superbowl and then you'll run out and buy the t shirt. Am I right?

I was very clear when I said it was a horrible no call. I understand the rules perfectly well. I'm trying to make you realize that the no call was not THE factor that caused the loss. Payton didn't coach a good enough game and his very predictable offense couldn't execute.
My facts were definitely facts. I said what would've happened had they run the ball, go learn to read.
And no. I'm definitely not a saints fan and never have been. I like a couple guys there but that's it, and I wouldn't have gone and bought my 1st saints shirt had they won a super in their last legitimate chance to get there.
Even if the correct call had been made, you had no guarantee that the fg was getting made.
