Let me see if I can understand where you are coming from. Di you believe that a law is proposed where during labor a women can tell the doctor at that time that she no longer wants a child and then the doctor will be bound by law to kill the newborn? I'm just trying to understand what you actually think is being proposed.

I am saying there is a movement within my party that would allow for such. Not sure any current laws allow for it at present. But there are voices withon my party, loud voices, that would like to see suchva law enacted.
