i think this is a bigger factor than people are giving credit for. and the ball has never been in Chelsea's court. its always been in Hazards and Madrids. everyone knows Chelsea's best player has wished for years to be at Madrid.

id be fine with a total attacking rebuild with pulsic and cho as the holdovers.

thats why Pulisic makes a lot of sense. he might not be a lungbuster, but his mentality and attitude will be a breath of fresh air.

maybe, but id rather hold tight and work on the attacking phase. their failures to score goals in a high press system is putting far too much pressure and blame on the back four.

chelsea cant splash the rubles like the old days to get it all done in a window or two.
