while Bundy may go down as one of this country’s most notorious serial killers, it’s primarily due to the lack technology and cross-state communication between police departments. No way he gets away with half of it nowadays.

Still a great watch

yep - No DNA testing, no computers, no data analytics, no technology whatsoever.

That and a shitty, hick jail in Colorado that let him get away twice.

That's what made it "easy".

Well, he certainly would have to change his approach. Do you think that there are any serial killers out there right now who have not been caught?

The FBI estimates there are 40-50 serial killers in the US at any given time. One or more has been working the corridor between Houston and Dallas since the eighties. There's a notorious one active in Long Island right now.

Stick to targeting prostitutes and others that society cares little about and they stand a good chance of not getting caught.

I agree. He might've gotten away with the first 2-3 but he was so reckless that with all of today's technology it would've been super easy to catch him. I mean shite early on they had his first name and the car he was driving but had no way to quickly search a database.

Although I did think it was weird that 8 people from the beach failed to positively ID him.
