I've seen this mentioned a couple of times here. What is this about.
Correct me if I'm wrong now, but I am like 99.99999999999% sure lynching someone is already illegal, as it is murder. are we supposed to look at lynching someone differently than if they shot the person, or stabbed them, or beat them with a baseball bat, etc. Murder is murder.
Also, I may be wrong, but has there even been a lynching in recent decades? I really want to know. I know there are still some lil Klan organizations here and there in some hillbilly towns. But even they are basically obscure and don't do much of any action anymore.
