It’s from the Jazmine Barnes shooting earlier this month.

A 7-year old was shot and killed, and the mother said it was a white guy in a pickup truck (she said, “I saw his blue eyes!” ). The picture is a police sketch based on the mother’s account.

It resulted in street protests (justice for jazmine!), fake news media calling it a hate crime, demand for national dialog (trump’s fault), a gofundme that enriched the kid’s mother, Shaun King (aka Kareem of Wheat) offering a bounty on his head, and a nationwide manhunt for this guy.

They caught the perp and it turned out the mother was lying and it was just a black fella doing a drive-by all along. News media dropped it and memory holed it quick. Probably why you haven’t heard about it.
